Exhibitors of the Live Green Expo must fit into at least one of the following catagories:

• Recycled material
• Reduces waste
• Conservation
• Durable & Reusable
• Local or regional Sustainable

The Expo will be utilizing a $60,000 advertising promotion using the following venues:

• Posters
• Magazines
• Banners

(This does not apply to the non-profit booths they must be paid in full at time of contract.) VIP Room The VIP room is a private room where you can relax, or meet with clients while enjoying complimentary hors d’ oeuvres, snacks and beverages. Set-up & Take down Set up will be Friday September 5th from 9am to 8pm. All exhibitors must have their display completed by 8am Saturday September 6th. Take down of exhibit booths will occur between 5pm and 9pm Sunday September 7th Included in the cost of the exhibit booth • Curtain dividers • Signage • 2 Admission tickets • Listing in Expo Directory • Option to purchase additional tickets for the discounted price of $4.00 each or at the door price $6.00. • All Premium booths receive 2 VIP room passes If exhibit space furnishings are needed, you may order what you want in the booth options section on the front of the contract
